“I want to thank you for the TeleCare benefit my employer provided me. I called my doctor today and was told I couldn't get into see him for two weeks. I hung up and immediately called TeleCare. The receptionist took my name and information and told me a doctor would call me back shortly. Thirty-five minutes later a doctor called, asked me questions about my problems and told me he was going to have a prescription waiting at my pharmacy. He said if I wasn't better in five days to go to a local doctor but that he was confident I would be fine. With little time to get sick and when it does hit it is after 5pm on a Friday, after my GP Dr. was unavailable and course closed on the weekend. Going to urgent care is so expensive, much less get them to answer the phone or give a straight answer of the cost or co-pay. TelaCare is the 2nd time I've used it. The account representative I talked to was very friendly knowledgeable and personable. She also stayed on the phone with me to make sure I knew where to enter medical history and everything else relevant to my call she was even able to explain to me how the process would work when I scheduled a visit. There is also a list of symptoms and things that they CAN treat. This list was incredibly accurate and helpful. I am very happy with my experience and will continue to use them for applicable symptoms. I know this is a great tool and resource and there is no substitute for actually seeing a doctor in person, however the convenience of having them call in a prescription for my infection and the quality of the doctor I talk to you were simply outstanding in my opinion!”

“I’ve been using TelaCare for awhile now and it has been great. I’ve had a couple doctors that seemed very uncaring and rude, but I just hang up and request again. Most cases, the next doctor is so much better. If I ever need a prescription refill, they are on it! I love it! I hate taking my boys to urgent care or ER because most times, the people are way worse. This saves me a 45 min drive and hours in an environment I rather not be exposed to. I’ve done video consults and phone consults and the both are great. I haven’t left a review in the past, but today I had the best doctor call for my boys and was on the phone with him for 36 mins. He answered every question I had. He gave great advice and backed up what he said with explaining why he felt that way. He listened to both boys and was very honest and caring and was overall the best doctor I’ve ever spoken with. I hope I can call in and request him for further consults in the future. Overall, great experience and I’ll continue to use this app.. ”

I had emptied out at a dealer near Raleigh, NC and was heading back to the Auto Rail Ramp in SC. I stopped at a Walmart and though it was after 7:00 pm the Pharmacy was still open. I asked the Pharmacist for a suggestion to reduce the discomfort. She replied that I likely had Thrush and that there was no over-the-counter remedy. It was now after 8:00 pm. What to do? My Wife and dispatcher suggested I take advantage of the TeleCare benefit provided by our company and as time was running out I did just that. I submitted a request per the steps outlined in the App and in a few minutes received a call from a Doctor who also agreed to the Thrush diagnosis. A short time later I was picking up not one but three scrips at the Walmart Pharmacy. The only cost to me being the usual co-pays for the meds. For those of us who travel far from home and Family Practitioner this is a real blessing. Thank you TelaCare!”

“Could not have asked for a better service. Phone rang with in under a minute. Dr. was very kind and courteous. Called in a prescription for a simple problem within 10 minutes. Two days later the problem was seeming resistant so I called TelaCare to ask how long I should wait to notice a difference on the antibiotics. They called me very quickly and had already spoken to the doctor. Was going to call in a new script for me but it was one that I recognized as making me sick in the past so they got hold of the doctor again and then called me back with another new prescription. called in another script to my pharmacy right away. It cost me nothing out of pocket for all this additional calls to TelaCare. Could not ask for more. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Cost me more than half of what it would have at my doctors office and I have insurance.”
